I guess many client here had a same experience as mine . Was here change a watch battery that cost RM35. Quite pricey but i thought can overcome the problem. Guess what , after less than a week it was not working . Asking for a replacement and was rudely told my Watch is faulty . Not a pleasant customer experience !

Decided to come to this shop since the brand has been at One U for a long time for my watch's battery replacement. I think RM35 for a battery replacement was overcharged and the vibe from the staff at the shop wasn't that welcoming too. Won't go back for the second time.
