My personal regret is how the whole place is not properly maintain... There are many hidden dangers too, especially for the children.

Pinkfong Baby Shark playground name is great, but when you are there, you don't feel the exact pinkfong ambiance when they are not playing pinkfong song. The playground is average wide, but the safety is below average, they are only 1 staff who collect the payment and take care of the counter. Non paying outsider can simply walk in to kids Area. The hygiene level is below average as many place can see sand and dust. They keep many stocks and spoilt machine around the playground which made it looks unorganised. Many machines and items are broken and not fix, the baby shark carousel is not working, the plastic ball gun shooter is not working, the tyre slide ground is not smooth where the tyre always stuck in the middle. Many more things is not working. The sticky wall dress is torn and dirty, no maintenance and never wash the sticky wall dress. Overall is it not worth paying 48 for it.

The idea and the games are more innovative compared to other indoor playground. The downside is the maintenance of the park is poorly managed and hygienic wise i am not sure but the management need to hire more staffs to monitor kids around and do sanitation and cleaning. If not please reduce the price by 30 to 40%

The refurbished Baby Shark Playland looks great and my kids had fun, but I won’t be returning. They even allow kids as big as 17 years old to enter the playland. It is unacceptable for me because older kids are generally rougher. Staff were …
