I made passport photos (Malaysian sizing) at this shop for a visa application. Good service, very friendly staff, all done in 10-15 mins, and great photo quality. You get a copy by email for free.

Very unhelpful. If you have an Android device then you have to email your photos- rendering the self-use computers useless. I couldn't get mobile signal in here to send photos so had to leave the building …
