Very disappointed that they shut half an hour earlier than usual as I was rushing to get my dog's food in the midst of a storm. I even called earlier to notify but I guess that didn't matter.

It's a good pet shop (4 stars), but the customers service is terrible (not even a star), denied a customer and how are you already close the shutter at 9:40 when it says open till 10:00?

My main reason for coming to Pet Lovers Centre-3 Damansara is the staff's friendliness and helpfulness, especially Ms. Juliana and her team's outstanding customer service abilities.
