Modern attractive shopping centre providing almost everything I need n more. Everything looks good except for our infamous wet n dirty toilets! Why cannot Malaysians keep their toilets dry n clean? Most of us know the reasons n I shall not dwell on the subject matter.

Pakson’s shirts are nice, but the service crew is really bad and terrible—especially one staff member, Gaik Wah. She doesn’t even deserve one star. Please, Pakson, train your staff properly before letting them serve customers

Poor shopping experience. Only 2 staff at the cashier number 6 to handle 20-30 waiting customers, while other cashiers are all empty and the staff aren't handling any transaction. Wonder why the system work this way. Poor planning and management

Hands down, this Parkson is the BEST compared to the rest, even those in KL (1U and Pavillion included!). The soft lightings, thoughtful walkways to browse, and wide variety of products to select from makes this place a joy to shop in. Not …

Today, we purchased a belt at Parkson in Gurney, Penang. While we were checking out, a middle-aged chinese female staff member kept asking us about the brand of the belt. However, we were not aware of the brand name. Although the receipt clearly showed the product code, she refused to look up the item based on the code. Moreover, her attitude was very rude and unprofessional. 1/2/2026
