Visited the store on 29/8/25. The door was open by polite gentleman (sorry, didn't get ur name). Was attended by Jun. He is super polite & helpful. Help me to fix my watch chain and clean it without hesitation. Keep up a good work. You are worth for your company. Unlike klcc outlet, the staff are so arrogant

I had a wonderful experience at the Omega boutique at TRX, thanks to Juna. He is an absolute treat to speak with about watches, knowledgeable yet never overwhelming. His relaxed pace in taking me through the Omega experience made the visit genuinely enjoyable. The authenticity and sincerity he brings to the conversation are rare to find these days. I look forward to my next visit to this Omega boutique.

Randomly walked while walking around the mall. I purchased the special edition Paris 2024 olympics watch. Very good and respectful service. This a major plus for me. Only one complaint - I did not get an extra set of Paris 2024 lapel pins.
