Good selection, but the 5 stars are for the staff. Super helpful, knowledgeable and most of all patient! If you’re looking for something specific be sure to check out the custom options.

Outstanding Service by Ahmad, but let down by so called “manager” of the store. I recently purchased a pair of Oakleys from the KLCC store, and while the product itself has completely won me over, the experience was a bit of a mixed bag—saved only by one exceptional staff member. First, I want to give huge credit to Ahmad. From the moment we walked in to the day we collected our glasses, he was nothing short of amazing—polite, patient, and incredibly helpful. Even before knowing whether we’d actually make a purchase, he went out of his way to assist us. He even offered to check stock at the TRX branch without being asked. His professionalism and genuinely kind personality made the whole shopping experience enjoyable. He truly went above and beyond and is someone Oakley should definitely value and retain. Unfortunately, a brief interaction with a woman I believe to be the store manager was disappointing. When I approached her with a question while Ahmad was busy, she responded in a manner that felt dismissive and cold, almost as if I was inconveniencing her. Later, when I inquired about possible discounts, Ahmad handled it professionally. But when he checked with the manager due to uncertainty, she curtly replied, “He’d be fired if he gave you a discount. We do not give discounts at Oakley for prescription.” I had asked the question politely, so the unnecessarily sharp response was surprising—especially since a staff member at the TRX branch had, in fact, offered one. It’s not about the discount—it’s about the way it was handled. When we finally checked out with two pairs—one of them being prescription—Ahmad required her assistance. Unfortunately, her attitude in that moment again lacked warmth or professionalism. As a customer, witnessing that kind of behaviour from a leader reflects poorly on the store. If not for Ahmad’s incredible service, we may have walked away. His dedication and character were the redeeming parts of this experience, and I sincerely hope Oakley recognises his value. For anyone considering Oakley prescription sunglasses: Yes, they are pricey—but as someone who’s worn glasses most of his life, I can confidently say they’re worth it. The clarity and comfort of the Oakley Prizm lenses are on another level compared to others like Ray-Ban. Where Ray-Bans darken your view, Oakley lenses enhance it—sharp, clear, and protective even in the brightest daylight. Also, some helpful info: • Focus Point may offer Oakley lenses, but they reportedly take around 2 months for prescription orders. • Oakley’s own stores provide a 2-year warranty, and even after that, they offer a one-time replacement at a significant discount (around 50%), which third-party retailers do not. Thanks to this experience, I’m now a huge Oakley fan—thanks entirely to Ahmad. I just hope the management catches up to the standard he’s set.

No customer service whatsoever. I came in with my glasses to have the lenses replaced, and they told me no, I had to buy a whole new pair. It's unacceptable; the salespeople are incompetent.
