Very rude cashier and worst customer service. Went there to buy bread and asked to pay by grabpay. After he scanned the QR code on my phone the system never deduct the money and I asked if he received the payment. He never reply, making noise and continue doing his stuff.

I ordered a drink, your wave machine is not working and i said i can pay cash, and your response is an annoying grunt. I left without ordering because your staff is SO RUDE. who does that? to show grunts of annoyance to a customer. I don't get it. If you don't like the job, then go somewhere else.

The staff is extremely extremely extremely rude. I don't understand why Mynews keep such staff. Went there today, 11 March. Don't even deserve half a star.

Rude cashier. Went there to buy RM2.50 banana milk and cashier forced me to spend minimum RM5. Went there another day to topup Touch n go for RM 10, same cashier forced me to spend minimum RM20. Then I chow from there of course. I hope the manager see this and take action.
