Deserves a much higher rating than what is on here. I’ve always had a very pleasant experience at my local M and S. The cashiers are friendly and there are lots of great products here albeit this is a smaller branch of the M and S chain. Highly recommended.

The worst m&s ...don't come here...the staff is rude...especially the counter girls...malay and Indian...not gonna go there again..the branch manager have to do training ... seems like even the manager doesn't even replied to the customer …
