Very good experience with Bryan who was clearly very experienced and knowledgeable about watches. His staff were also very helpful and attentive and the waiting area etc was very comfortable while waiting to be attended. Got my watch fixed and serviced at a reasonable price too (not cheap, but very reasonable compared to the boutiques).
