Ordered a toffee hazelnut latte 50% sweet. The drink came with totally no flavouring and when I told them about it, the worker told me that you're the one who asked for less sweet. Keep hirring rude incompetent staff and and you'll be out of business in no time.

This outlet is quite haphazard. Slow and awkward when taking orders. Creates a long confused queue. The milk tea pearls are hard , as if not cooked enough. Ice cream is still good.

Lousy quality compared to the other Mixue outlets. Ice crystal from their soft serve ice cream is way to big and icy. Not smooth at all.
