How many times that I ordered O-Crispy Sundae and they didnt put waffles/cones crumbs at all. Still asking for RM1 for the crumbs. Brudda, the menu name have "Crispy" in it. Only this branch have this issue and I have been to many branches and there's no problem with this issue. Unreal

I bought Hawaiian fruit tea with less sugar last week. But the staff not added passion fruit puree in it (refer photo; no passion fruit black seed in it). only mango and peach puree. It taste so bland. I didn’t notice it right away because i tapau. Not worth my rm7. i report this to mixue cs, but still no action taken. So disappointed.
