the person who took our order(who’s ID NUMBER is on the receipt) was extremely rude and snapped his finger at us when he gave our drink. What kind of cashiers and fnb service crew members is Mixue hiring????? please train your staff properly

This was my first time ordering from Mixue Hextar. I’ve had Mixue many times before at other outlets, but this experience was unacceptable. The ice cream portion was extremely little, almost half a cup. I’m not sure if a trainee handled my order, but the quality was very poor. Unfortunately, this will be my last visit to this outlet.
