Went on a Sunday night and ordered the Marutoku tsukemen. First impression was the dipping sauce looked diluted. Okay if the sauce isn't thick then at least I'm expecting some umami but that was it. The experience eating was underwhelming, although the toppings and noodles were decent.

Love the tsukemen here, the char on the char siew is impeccable, I love how complex the roasted flavours are, it pairs very well with the slight yuzu hints in the broth
