Thank you to Sammyee for being so helpful and friendly! I lost the back of an earring I bought from Minimalist Lab some time ago, and even though they don't sell the backing separately, Sammyee kindly found a spare one to give to me. Excellent aftersales service!

the atmosphere of the store is very nice, staffs were friendly & very helpful along the process. defo a good store to window shopping and pamper ourselves with their accessories.

Affordable but QUALITY pieces especially the SERVICE. Felt so welcomed and cared for! Loved Ashley from TRX! she gave great recommendations and advice for gender neutral choices and even assured me if I needed to change anything I could anytime! super considerate and treated me with care.
