On New Year's Eve, I went with my family to KLCC Park to see the light show and fireworks and enjoy the night with my family. When it was time for dinner, I left my family at the park and went to this unfortunate branch. I ordered several meals through the self-service machine at 8 pm. There was a complete lack of organization, chaos, and professionalism that made all the customers complain. Imagine, my order wasn't delivered until 11:20 pm. It took more than 3 hours, which caused the road to KLCC Park to be closed and prevented me from reaching my family and children. It turned into the worst experience of my life. They ruined everything for me.
