Staff were great in guiding me to open a basic savings account. I wish the waiting time could be improved in the future. It took more than two hours just to open an account. She apologized for the delay, so it's okay.

An issue with an ATM transaction where no cash was dispensed, but the amount was debited from account. During the transaction, the ATM did not dispense any cash, yet account was debited. I kindly request that this matter be investigated and the debited amount be reversed at the earliest. Thank you for your prompt assistance.

Experience cash jammed in their CDM machine and theyre not helpful at all. Attempted to contact Maybank Customer Care several times. Unfortunately, all calls were unsuccessful and I was unable to get through. So frustrating
