Very slow service. We waited 3 hours just to an open FD account for our company which is the same branch as our company account. Why we need to do duplicate work, I have no idea. Highly inefficient! A case of right hand not knowing what the left hand is doing.

This is the most honest review I’ve ever written. I’ve never been treated this way when I asked politely. But I was responded to with an attitude that showed no willingness to work. The female staff who gave the number at the counter was very rude.
