Everytime i cam here they say didn't have any small notes to change. And they say only Thursday can change. When Thursday i come, They say change notes only in 11:30am-2.00pm. What a stupid rules. Always need to Travel to KD Maybank Outlet.

The staffs were friendly but maybe not enough staff so the servicing speed was too slow. And the bank still has way too many paperworks, they should really push all these to online form to save the paper and hassle for customer to fill in etc
