Suck customer service. I greeted Hello to the sales person and he just glared at me as if I have disturbed his day. I like this brand a lot just wish the management could scale their customer service.

I visited Massimo Dutti at KLCC and was met with a surprising lack of attentiveness from the staff. Despite one employee appearing occupied with visual merchandising, there was ample opportunity to acknowledge a customer entering the store. The overall experience was notably disengaged and unwelcoming, which is disappointing given the brand’s global reputation.
