I must applaud the staff for redefining hospitality. Most places greet you with a friendly ‘Hi!’ but here, they offer the far more mysterious no-acknowledgment-at-all experience. It’s refreshing to interact with staff who make you feel like an unexpected plot twist. Highly recommended for anyone who enjoys guessing whether service still exists.

Extremely slow service - even a sloth would be faster. I came for a self-collection, and it took forever. The staff seemed unable to multitask or manage the customer flow effectively. It's clear they forget they are in the service industry where serving customers should be the top priority, yet every staff appeared to be in a bad mood, as if customers owe them money. I would give 0 star if I could. MBE management seriously needs to reconsider their hiring and training practices. Better staff and attitude are urgently needed.

If this is what they call customer service, it’s not just a joke — Every visit is the same nonsense: endless excuses (“renovation,” “cannot send here,” “system down”) until you push harder, then suddenly they can send it. It’s like they go out of their way to waste your time. The staff? Rude beyond belief. Reviews don’t lie — people keep saying the same thing because it’s true. if you enjoy being spoken to rudely, brushed off, and treated like you’re the problem for daring to be a customer, then by all means, this is the place for you. They don’t talk to customers with the slightest bit of courtesy. Unprofessional, careless, and utterly shameless. One person handling the crowd while others act like it’s nap time — no wonder everyone leaves angry. Avoid this branch at all costs unless you enjoy being treated like garbage and wasting half your day for a simple parcel.

The staff was patient & taped my box up nicely. Price offered by this branch using j&t was a lot cheaper than Pos Malaysia office itself & other mbe which offered dhl. Thanks v much. This is very much appreciated
