I love coming here picking up and dropping off things. Hope the owner sees this, your staff really need more support. Often see that they attending a lot of customers and skipping meals, yet they attend to people with good decent attitude. Kudos to the staff!

The staff was friendly and helpful. Also patient with me, waiting for me to fill out the City link manual forms for my multiple documents being sent out. The price did seem RM1 to RM2 more expensive than my usual DHL at a different shop, but they said citilink was the cheapest with them so I agreed to use citilink.

Went there to return an item I bought on Lazada. It was so quick and easy. I didn't even need to print out or write the address on the package. Its all done by QR code and sending the return label to MBE on WhatsApp now. Was in and out in 2 minutes!
