i went to this LC store to take a look on new le pliage bag. suprisingly the staffs were so unfriendly and unwelcoming. much better if i went to LC london & paris store,theyre soooo welcoming & helpful. was expecting more from malaysian store tbh. keep it up being unfriendly 😂 …

Had a bad service on 12 July 8pm++. The malay lady servicing my wife wasnt friendly at all in accommodating to my wife needs. There wasnt any smiles nor any happiness on her face as my wife bought a bag there. I expected much better from Longchamp especially when its located in TRX which suppose to be ATAS than Pavi but i guess i was wrong.
