The male staff with curly hair seems like not in the mood to work. Keep pushing when we ask to try a jeans. Really bad service and shopping experience.

Very friendly staffs and helpful. Explains and recommend me what's worth the value, which fits me better and did not oversell me just for the sake of sales. Great customer service given but they need more in-house staffs as the outlets were always packed. Will come again for sure...

i bought a pair of jeans today at 2:52pm 16 October. The sales assistant was very unhelpful. Whatever question you asked him, his stern look thought you can't afford. His answers were all sarcastic. When I tried it on, and asked if the fitting okay, he kind of dismissed me by saying that" if you think it's ok then it's ok".

Very bad service quality by your poor staff who choose to serve their customer and congratulation you just lost a potential customer here . Shame on Malaysian service standard !
