Such an incredible experience! Lovely guy at the reception who really helped us out in picking out gifts for friends and guiding us to the vinyl place, as tourists it was so nice

The staff is very friendly and share lots of experience regarding to the specs of guitar. They do recommend me different kinds of guitar that well for beginners and performers.

The customer service was terrible and the staff were extremely rude. I was about to try the instruments, but they quickly snatched them away and put them back. I would never recommend this place to anyone; the staff are unbelievably rude.

I’ve visited here a few times and the staff have been happy to let me try out the instruments and equipment. There are also a few piano practice rooms available for hourly rental.
