Went around 8:30pm on a weekday, the promoter was unfriendly, rude & inaccurately measured my size. Don’t bother coming here, staff were lazy & chatted among themselves instead of assisting customers. The store manager should really reassess their staff, no wonder La Senza mid valley has a low rating!

All the staff are arrogant. Even though there are no customers, all the staff are not attentive.

Why the salesperson have to forced me to take one size smaller when it is obviously so tight and uncomfortable, and the worst part is, they have measured and it supposed to be one size bigger than what they suggested. How stupid and brainless the salesperson is.
