Ms Rachel is absolutely amazing!! She was super detailed with explaining hair dyeing procedures and put a lot of effort into cutting and styling my hair :) 10/10 experience, loved the conversation I had with her throughout! Two hours flew by like a breeze ❤️

I never wrote a bad review in my entire life BUT this was the worst experience ever. My hair has been ruined since I asked for balayage or some blonde low lights to naturally highlight my hair a little as I wanted to let the color grow out. The color grew already out up until the top of my ears which I was happy about. But my hair is not only ruined color wise (it’s yellow!) up until the top again, it’s also so unbelievably dry ever since. The first photo is my hair the next day. Irregular HIGHlights done by a "professional". I already complained during the process and he continued. I went back a few days later to get it fixed but it just got worse. Additionally the stylist let me sit and wait for over 30 minutes as if he wanted to punish me for my complaint, after my hair has been blow dried so I left and he never checked on the final result. I can not recommend this service.
