There were no creme until I had eaten 3/4 of the donut. Why call krispy kreme if there's no cream?

I’ve used the Maxis deals voucher many times, and whenever I purchased 3 pieces, the donuts were always packed in a box. All other outlets allowed it—except the Aeon Shah Alam outlet. I informed the Malay lady staff about this, but she insisted that it’s not allowed there.
