i TRY to park here on 21 of december at 10am, the guard tells me there is no empty lot and there are 5 cars already waiting, but that is such a lie because there are no cars waiting and i can visually confirm there is at least 2 empty parking. guard don't even bother to check and just refuse to give entry. bad services

KLCC parking in front of Dorsett Putrajaya has a faulty system where it does not read Debit Card for payment, and caused traffic jam at the parking exit. So I called the KLCC parking management’s telephone number to complain about the issue as soon as possible , and they asked me to send emel complain instead. Disappointed.
