The location is actually inside Pavillion, not lot 10. Compared rates of TWD between a few money exchangers nearby and this has the lowest rate.

They have rates lower than their website even though the website clearly mention that its bukit bintang rates, the lady was so rude casually saying, if you want higher rates go to midvalley

Better exchange rate compared to other money changer. The girl wearing hijab was actually quite helpful although she looks not friendly. The waiting time could be long but okay for me. Just scroll your phone while waiting.
