was served a stale, cold burger. When I returned it, they simply microwaved the same burger and gave it back. I spoke to the manager, who said it was “fresh now” and that this is how they do it. This was disappointing. Please check your order carefully before leaving.

Ordered 6 pcs chicken tenders set and they were extremely salty. The taste was very inconsistent and disappointing. I always thought KFC has strict SOP to ensure food quality, but this experience did not reflect that at all. Hope the outlet can improve their quality control.

Service is slow and food is served cool. Suspect shortage of man power due to Ramadan. Cleanliness of the restaurant have to be improved. Suggest the high management pay a sudden visit to this outlet.

Was quiet when I went. There was quite a big queue of people ordering food, so I assume they decided to sit outside the restaurant instead. The mantau burger was good, but the fries were chewy.
