my Kombo Kenyang RM26.99 voucher was not given/put in the take away pack. Plus have to wait 20 mins for chicken tenders to be ready. Reason: the staff said “dah pukul 9pm memang kita takde yg dah ready. Kena masak bila orang order je” Is that the SOP? And what is your target speed of service?
