The assistant called *SHELA* was absolutely rude with bad behaviour. Came in to know more about the products they're selling and she was super rude with bad speaking. Not recommended.

I had a wonderful experience at Kensapothecary. I would especially like to mention Shiela ,who provided excellent service throughout my visit. She was attentive, patient, and really put effort into making sure I found what I needed. Her friendly attitude and product knowledge made my shopping experience very enjoyable.
