Had a great experience at their pop-up booth at TRX. Even though we browsed at 9.45 PM, all 3 of their staff (which I later found out that one of them is the co-founder!) were very kind and accommodating. The quality of their products speak for itself - we have the complete range from bed sheet, duvet, duvet covers and now their down & alternative down pillows. Highly recommend this brand and to visit their retail store for an even better shopping experience! :)
