We were attracted by the big billboard featuring some of their signature dishes outside the restaurant. And fair enough the food tasted as good as they looked. Food is full of spices, full of flavour and nicely presented. We went during off peak, so restaurant wasn't crowded. Seating was comfortable and it was a great dining experience.

Really enjoyed my visit to Kakatoo @ Starling! The food was delicious and beautifully presented, with generous portions and great value for money. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the ambience was cozy — perfect for a relaxing meal or casual catch-up. Highly recommended.

Decided to try the Kampung fried rice which was very tasty. not too spicy, not too salty. shrimps were well cooked (not overcooked as shrimps normally are). the only complaint is the rice comes with satay and otak otak - a bit too much for someone just wanting to enjoy the kampung fried rice without any additions.
