I attended a further study 6 months ago for ANU project. The survey took me 1 hour. I got interviewed by the professor from the ANU. Nobody from Ipsos ever contacted me regarding the study, not from the start to end. So last week, I decided to email them, and asked what’s the next process for me to claim my reward as I only receive the information from ANU & there was no further action. Sadly, for my 1 hour time, taking half day work only worth RM30. This 1 star, is rated to their professionalism of using the data to the 3rd party, Their follow ups process, And ofcourse the rewards. Last but not least their countless rude staffs ( I have been patience enough with how the staffs are being rude whenever they contacted me) - Please groom your staffs before you send them to the field.
