worst customer service. Bought one laptop served by one Malay boy with brown coloured hair..don’t have much knowledge and rude behaviour. Should treat all customer in good manner.

Rude staff with unclear instructions, 'fix the laptop' by reformatting the whole laptop without even informing customer first to back up his data. For those who want to service his laptop please take note to back up first as the staff will not tell you anything!
