Their customer services are really bad if im comparing to other stores like skechers or levis. All i ask is regarding exchange/return the pants if got any problem with the product, but she didnt smile or say nicely to me. Her tone so cold when answer my question. No courtesy and not being professional.

Extremely rude and disrespect attitude staff in IPC H&M that I ever met. I bet the current customer service need to be addressed well. By the way, her name is "Syu" and i do hope she will have undergo more trainings so Customers will enjoy shopping there.

Served by a male cashier 5 mins ago with a curling hair fridge, he is extremely unhelpful, rude, non customer service oriented staff! Worst shopping experience ever and made my day so bad. I hoping to be served better next time, please improve on staff training.

Good place to shop here, wide range of variety. Good service by cashier as well. Can drop your used cloth for coupon vouchers but please do not provide undergarments and socks.
