A hat cost 89 yuan. The price was high, but the quality didn't match. There were many loose threads inside the hat, and even some tears. I still have the receipt, but they won't give me a refund. I will never buy from them again.

Bought a hat suitable for Melbourne Cup Lunch but disappointed that, when paying almost RM400, a hat box to keep it nicely in good condition is not included.

Well stocked with many types of designs. Definitely something to everyone for various occasions and uses! Worth a visit.

They have good hats and a good range. But the one in KLCC the lady who works there is so so rude. I was trying to ask her questions about one of the hats and she kept giving me her back and answering one word answers. I was literally walking behind her as she walked around the stall trying to ask her about the different colours.
