Poor service, scratched my watch my grandpa gave me and looked down on us. Me and my brother when to change my watch strap and they saw it and gave us the poor look. The bald guy needs to get some hair supplements.

My watch couldn't be fixed in Brunei even at the top end repairers with the likes of Rolex, Tag Heur and even more exclusive brands. It's a limited edition Citizen too expensive to say the price! They repaired it in less than a day and for a very reasonable price. Recommended. Outstanding service.
