Dear Sir/Madam Good day. I would like to review about my visit to Giraffe coffee @IOI Mall Damansara on 8/3/2026 (Sunday) that you have the menu of Caesar salad with grilled chicken breast & Carbonara pasta but the kitchen crew cannot get to arrange for Carbonara pasta with grilled chicken breast or anything with real chicken meat. Which I found that is just not a good excuses for customer who only can consume non spicy chicken. You might think if the menu is not suitable for myself than I can just lift can go to the other restaurant You may ignore my review or suggestions here. But I just would like to give you my kind suggestion that you can have more customise services and delightful service from customers. A credit that the staffs are helpful and kind and it's will be wonderful if they familiar with the menu with some pictures. Finally, I ordered a cappuccino , onion rings and chicken Fricassee which was absolutely delicious and I thoroughly enjoyed it. And for dessert I really enjoyed the charcoal matcha cromboloni to end my lunch there. Here is children and family gathering friendly (noisy) therefore it's not a good vibe for who would like to have an undisturbed dining environment.

Fine dining. Love the food, love the environment, fast service. I order steak medium well & will repeat. My husband order Sichuan Spicy Smoke Duck, flavour blend balance & Tomato Seafood Risotto also nice for 1st time tried risotto. Recommended
