I had a truly wonderful experience at this store. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and friendly service. A special shoutout to Daniel (salesperson) and Asyraf (optometrist) — both of them were absolutely amazing! Daniel was incredibly helpful, patient, and genuinely cared about helping me find the perfect pair of glasses. Asyraf was very knowledgeable, professional, and explained everything clearly during the eye check. I felt completely comfortable and well taken care of. The price is so reasonable, I chose a stylish Coach frame and felt it was great value for the quality and service I received. Their passion and dedication really stood out, and it made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. The rest of the staff were also super friendly, cheerful, and welcoming. Highly recommended! If you’re looking for excellent service, expert advice, and a pleasant shopping experience, Focus Point Setia Alam is the place to go.
