My mum went to exchange the slippers she bought for my brother which didnβt fit him. The guy kept the slippers so my mum went and chose other slippers but when came to the counter the guy asked to pay. He said itβs a return so he will keep β¦

Cat got cashier's tongue! Not friendly. No courtesy. Instead of asking whether I need paper back or not, he just pointing at a sign. Hello! Asking professionally, "need paper bag?" Too much meh? Disappointed!

Worst customer service ever. Nobody greeted nor acknowledged a walk-in customer. Not bothered in offering any service.
