The worst customer service. Pay them and they will keep you waiting and serve the next customer without caring for your time. Also, cookies are not at all great. Better to support other local brand.

Please this is MID VALLEY branch not neighbourhood mall branch, the staffs are super unfriendly and super slow in preparing the stuffs! HQ please look at this comment and take action please!

They change the stall location to near Aeon Jusco. The smell is lessen in the new place. Staff is helpful. Nice display.

Very rude staff, only told to wait a bit then she slam her scoop around. Please a normal staff dont use such tantrum staff, shame it’s a pretty famous brand have to use staff with such attitude. Staff name “Nurul Amani”. Hope other retails never use this kind of staff. Only a staff act so arrogant

The staff were fine, just standard service as expected. However, the quality of the cookies has dropped significantly. I was told the batch was fresh, but when I tried a sample, it tasted almost stale and wasn’t crunchy at all. Because of this, I decided not to purchase, as it no longer feels worth the price.
