One of the Supervisor name Nur Athirah are very low educated on how to serve the customer. I am standing about 5 minutes to even get serve not even by her but the other colleague. I understand she busy having task but am the only customer on that time. Please please appreciate your every customer. Thank you

Told me to wait 30 mins to pack 3 small boxes of cookies when there are no other customers there. I said I’m ok with whatever cookies available. She said it will still take 30 mins to pack and tie ribbons, worst service e ever. Left without buying anything. They don’t want your business
