had to wait 30 minutes for the worker to attend to me as there's only 1 worker and many customers. asked to print slides but the slides weren't print in order but couldn't do anything as I was rushing for the ets train. many customers came and left without printing due to the long wait

I came 4:10pm today but the door is lock and no staff at all. Checking the operating hours closed 4:30pm. Surprisingly not me only are going to there there is a few people also
