Operation hour stated close at 7pm, i come around 6.00 pm but staff told closed already.

Best rate in KL which I compared to other $ xchg in the building as well as Ave K and other places. Go to 5th level-it is abit secluded nearer to escalator end (next to a phone repair shop). Clean,fully aircon,private door for security when changing lots of money & friendly staff.
