Went on weekday dinner; there’s a waiting around 10mins. As the restaurant has many customers, serving and taking orders takes time but the food served is still hot and portion wise is big enough. Atmosphere is okay but their table is quite small so its a bit cramp when food served and crew didn’t clean it as soon customers done

**i dont and rarely give lower than 4 ⭐️ unless if it really calls for it. Im a Din by Din Tai Fung and a Din Tai Fung Patron. So i believe every outlet should have a basic standard level of service. When menu for DTF is standard at most outlets, what customers sought out for is food and ambience. Service wasnt all bad since we werent served much. 🤣 That should say it all. Menu list were taken from our hands without anyone reading it out to confirm. Trying to capture the attention to ask for anything is a game. It was only a while later that we noticed there were other staffs who were handling patrons in the inner side of the restaurant, and we were just served by 2 gossipy staffs. The food is good of course as mentioned, it is a standard. I hope Din by Din Tai Fung services will buck up as this is not our first encounter with bad service with their KL outlets. **PS we waited for tables not because it was full house but because many tables were uncleared
