My card had been misused by the staff there every month deducted certain amount. And I realised it very late , they said already fired that particular staff so in the end I did not get my payment back

the therapist was asking derma master customer to sign up package under Aqua beauty centre. The centre currently under renovation but there was no map or sign board to direct customer to the new place, phone number provided at the old centre was not able to reach.

The consultant and beautician are the same peolple, name is Eunice , she provided me a bad service, not friendly and not professional, from Midvalley branch. But reception of that day is very nice, her attitude is very friendly.

I had bad skin day after, they are not friendly or pleasent consultants. Rude & rough and barely speaks English!
