This is always my go-to Decathlon branch. It’s a huge store with many selections, and most importantly, all the staff and sales advisors are super helpful and insightful. I’m writing this review today because I really satisfied with my experience, big shout-out to the sales advisor, Mim, who helped me find the right backpack for my upcoming hiking trip!! 😍🥳 Previously I bought a 50L Decathlon backpack through their official Shopee store. After using it twice, I realized it didn’t feel quite right for me so I came to this store to request an exchange. The staff at the counter did a quick inspection and asked if I wanted a refund or to exchange, I choose exchange but told them I wasn’t sure which backpack would suit me. So here’s where the story begins 🙌🏻 The staff said “No worries, we have a sales advisor who can help you choose.” Then I was introduced to Mim. He brought me to the backpack section, and I picked out the size I wanted, and I told him I had no idea how the zippers and compartments worked (as I am a beginner, it looks so complicated) Mim patiently guided me through everything from A to Z. He showed me how each zipper and compartment works, and it turned out to be much simpler than I thought. It’s just that, as I am still new to this backpack thingy, I struggle to understand how each zippers/compartments are supposed to work (I don’t even know we can adjust the back side, and no idea there’s proper way to unlock the zip 🤐) Having someone there to guide me really made a difference. Hence the reason I truly appreciate Mim’s knowledge and effort, he didn’t give up on explaining things and made the whole process easier to understand. I’d definitely recommend this place and their staff, especially for beginners like me. I felt like I received a really professional and insightful consultation, not just about backpacks, but also other hiking gears. Thank youuuuu!!! 🙌🏻🙌🏻
